Short answer: Yes. Leupold runs an official VIP Program that gives active military, veterans, law enforcement, and other qualified groups “special VIP pricing” on optics, though Leupold does not publish a single fixed percentage.
Who qualifies
The Leupold VIP Program covers several categories, including:
- Active duty U.S. military
- U.S. military veterans
- Law enforcement, including sworn and retired officers
- Federal employees
- Licensed guides and outfitters, certified shooting and hunter-education instructors, and other outdoor industry professionals
What you get
Members buy direct at VIP pricing rather than a posted coupon percentage. The catch is the fine print. Veterans get pricing for personal use only, capped per calendar year: Leupold lists limits of three riflescopes or red dots, six observation optics (binocular, spotting scope, or rangefinder), and six accessories. Reselling is prohibited, orders are limited to in-stock items, and pricing is subject to change. Any specific percentage you see on coupon or deal sites is not Leupold’s official number, so treat those figures with caution.
How to claim it
Apply through the VIP Program page at leupold.com/vip-program-info. You sign in or register and confirm eligibility by providing documentation that matches your category, such as a military ID, DD Form 214, or law enforcement credentials. Once approved, you purchase direct at VIP pricing through Leupold’s program. GovX is a separate third-party channel that also carries Leupold for verified military and first responders if you prefer that route.
