This doll is a TLC #23. I’ve noted any marks I’ve found and have been able to remove. She also has issues with her right eye (doesn’t close on its own or all the way). Her hair has been washed (tsp of dawn dishsoap) and steamed and she has been restrung. She’s great for parts if you customize!
