**item has NO SOUND!!!
**buttons were replaced with yellow ones (the previous buttons were white) because the previous buttons were damaged. These new buttons work fine!

Damage:
- some paint chipping on the front of the shell
- some scuffing on shell and screen
- there is a long scuff on the screen near the top. not a very deep scuff, but it is noticeable
- sound DOES NOT work. I went inside to check out the problem and it needs a new speaker/wire needs to be soldered
