The iPod is tested and works fine.
Main flaw is that when the backlight is on, a small portion of the top the screen does not light up. When the backlight is off, you can see the entire screen fine. See photos for what I mean. There are scratches on front and back of iPod. Charges fine. Does not come with charging cord or head phones just the iPod. 30GB storage and has some preloaded music on there that you can wipe and reset to default when you purchase.
