This figure is puzzling to me. I can’t find another one anywhere online. It has no maker’s mark… in fact, no marks at all. He stands 8.5” high. He is wearing faded worn jeans so those aren’t paint blemishes if you zoom in. There is one spot of paint loss on one knee. When you press his rubber head down it forces air out the rear. The body is hard plastic and the rubber head can be rotated. It is not a bubble blower or balloon filler because I tried. It has a vacant compartment at the back of the neck. I’m not sure what its purpose is. Still, it’s funny…
