Rave was the sh!t in the late 90s/early 00s! This skirt is classic y2k, pair it with a neutral crop top and some Docs & blast some Shirley Manson to complete the look. Part hippie, part alternative. You won't find stuff like this very often! Single owner, true vintage. Tag reads M (juniors) but fits like a small, recommended for current size 5 or smaller.
