I’ve been dragging this damaged thing around for so many years and it’s time to set it free. I’ve been waiting for white links to appear so it could be repaired, but no luck. The catch is worth a look. You might be able to use it elsewhere. It slides on a carved dove tail. See photos. I hope it finds a new life somewhere. The links are stiff and brittle which is why it’s so damaged.
