Beautiful, hand painted pyrography plate with Romainian folk design in white, blue, red, brown, and yellow. There is a small fabric loop on the back for hanging it on the wall.
The second word of the writing at the bottom is hard to make out completely but it seems plausible that it could say “România Bistrita”. (Bistrita being a city in Romaina)
Some of the paint job is not the neatest, but in a way that adds to the quaint, homey feel of the plate. (see pictures).
