This lot is in good though definitely used condition from a smoke free pet free home. See photos for signs of wear, they count as the description. The dolls are in great condition. However the houses and furniture have dusty spots and areas that definitely show wear, such as the one house has some cracked fencing in the front and one living room piece has a glued crack in it. PRICE IS FIRM. Selling only as a lot.
