Note, there is a small tear on the tulle but the polyester fabric underneath is fine (see last picture.) The dress comes with a slightly long hem which the website says is good for alterations so this material may simply be cut. I'm 5'4 and wore it with 3 and 1/2-in heels and it's a perfect size.
