This is the vintage 1986 Fish Price Main Street playset. It is missing 2 of the 7 mail envelopes, but is otherwise complete. I threw in the police car, police man, extra firefighter, and 2 additional people. Light wear. Excellent condition. Box has light shelf wear and light soiling. Both ends of box are open, one folded as shown.
I gave it a pretty good wipe down, but you may need to go over it again to get in all the nooks and crannies. It wasn't dirt, but had some left over soiling from the last time it was played with and light dust.
I have 25 years experience selling on eBay. Your set will be well packed for safe travel.
