Used, sold as is. Table is 27 by 22. Chair is 22 in high. Legs are 20 in high. As you can see it has been disassembled. Clean. Legs show minimal wear. I pictured the flaws on the chairs. The table has numerous scratches. The scratches are noticeable. See pics. The are no punctures or rips. All ballast plugs are present. . This lot will last a long time. Except for the table scratches, it would rate excellent. I called it good
