This is a vintage Carter’s Two Solution Ink Eradicator, manufactured by The Carter's Ink Company of Boston, Massachusetts. Marketed as a “dual purpose” solution, it was designed to completely remove ink stains and resurface paper.
The small round tin contains two internal glass bottles—one amber, one clear—both still fitted with their original metal lids and cork divider. The tin is marked “Takes out ink completely” and “Re-surfaces the paper.” Full caution and direction label still intact.
Condition:
Overall good vintage condition with visible wear from age.
Some rust on the metal lid and aging to the bottles.
Both bottles remain secure in the metal divider.
No paper insert included.
