VTG Set of 3 SOMAG MEISSEN Hand Painted Decorative Ceramic Tiles German Boy Girl
Tiles are in good vintage condition. There are no major flaws but there are some very minor chips along the edges. Each tile is hand-painted and features a girl and boy dressed in German or Bavarian outfits. Each scene has a caption written in a non-English script. The tiles are branded with "Somag Meissen" on the back as well as "Germany". Each tile measures 6" x 6" x .25". Please see all pictures.
The captions are LOOSELY translated as:
"I can't think of anything more beautiful than to give her my heart."
