The Department 56 North Eastern Seas Fisheries Ltd. house from the Dickens Village collection is a vintage piece manufactured in 1998. PLEASE NOTE: We are missing two seagulls. One has fallen off. The wheelbarrow has also become unglued from the item. Not seeing/feeling any cracks chips or repairs. Box is not perfect and is missing lid and has wear from storage & use. Good used condition. Minor signs of wear from use. You will only receive the wire, light bulb NOT INCLUDED.
