Condition: Fair vintage condition, box has visible wear especially on corners and edges, tape on the front and interior, with some scuffs and marks; crayons are partially used as shown. All 8 original crayons are included.
Interior packing insert has detailed printed instructions: "PAYONS--THE MAGIC CRAYONS. Draw with them like any fine quality crayon. Touch crayon drawing with a wet brush for wash or aqua-tone effects. Use as straight watercolor by painting from the ends of the sticks with a brush and clear water."
Original instructional text inside lid explains use as both watercolor or crayon, and as wood/fabric dye; the box refers to these as "the magic crayons."
