The Scene from an old Scottish poem called, 'Tam O' Shanter', which was written by Robert Burns in 1790. This image is a celebration in a tavern with drinking and great merriment. As the piece is rotated, a mounted horseman is in full gallop toward a wooden foot bridge. With a look of terror on his face the horseman is looking backward to see two flying witches directly behind him with one holding his horse by the tail.
