This is a vintage hat. It looks like its from the 1890s. The wear on the ribbon would agree with that. I didnt realize they stamped the inside of vintage hats. This is made by Bab BAB. The stamp with the inside with blanking says Bab hats for growing girls. This is for a real child. But you could use it on a larger Victorian doll. Its too big for the doll in the photos. The doll is not included. Its made of a goldish tan or velvet. Trimmed in delicate needle work. The inside layer is like a brown fabric with layers of ribbon. And its also lined with a cream cotton like material on the inside. Very well-made. There are some stains visible. See photos, the ribbon is part of the worst condition. This way 1.9 ounces before packaging. Folded flat measures from Gathered area top to bottom 7 inches. Midway across from front to back 8 inches. The next straight, not including ribbons 6 inches.
