This is new old stock from Decorcal, dating to 1977 -- a handpainted American eagle decal.
Decorcal sold this as their B3 decal; Meyercord sold the same design as 1104-A.
Sheet measures about 12 x 8 inches and contains 1 large handpainted eagle decal.
There is a small rip in the clear poly packaging near the right edge. The decal is not affected.
Very good condition; still vibrant and bright.
