Brand new unused brush but is loose without packaging and does show some visible scuffs are wear on the handle and especially on the back from not being protected with a box. The bottom handle is scuffed on both sides and the back has some scratches and scuffs as well. Please see all the pictures to see the scratches and scuffs to the paint.
