The devices have been factory reset so all you need to do is download the Orbi app and follow the instructions to install.
Please note, the router is still registered to me and I am unable to deregister it because it is still under warranty (which does not transfer to a new owner). The two satellites have been deregistered. None of this matters in attempting to setup the device for usage.
