Tested for operation. Turns on. The cassette area opens and closes. Screen works. Playback works, and the remote control works. I didn't test every single button, but everything that I did test worked perfectly.
I am the original owner, and this handycam was only used a handful of times, and well cared for, always stored in its case. The battery charges, but I'm not sure how long it will hold a charge. I didn't test that. The remote takes (2) AA batteries, which are not included. Also, there is no cassette included. The one in the pics is just to show that the camera works.
