1980s blue member's-only style jacket by Swingster -- features embroidery on the chest for the Port Arthur Texas Fina Refinery, '1,000,000 Safe Man Hours'.
This jacket has a zip front, a striped collar and side pockets. It is lined with lightweight poly/nylon type material.
There is a small mend on the inner liner, but not noticeable when wearing.
