I made this pendant by picking a rose leaf from my rose bush and encasing it in copper. It’s very strong. This one was cool because a caterpillar was eating it, that’s why there is holes in it. I love it! I made the pure copper jump ring with flowers on it too.

I have polished and sealed all the copper twice to prevent tarnishing.
***If you keep this pendant dry and do not get perfumes or harsh chemicals on it, the copper color/finish will last for years and years! Copper is known for oxidizing quickly, but none of my personal pieces have oxidized because I keep them dry and do not get perfumes/lotions on them and when I’m done wearing them for the day I put them in an airtight ziploc baggie. Make sure they are completely dry before storing in a baggie! So take these steps to keep the pendant looking great;)***
