I opened this item for the first time to look it over and take pictures for this listing. The outer packaging has some tears, so I wanted to make sure the building is okay. The building is in excellent shape with no issues. It has never been displayed. Cord and light bulb are included.
These buildings are not packaged in traditional boxes from the factory. They are packaged in styrofoam packages with light cardboard wrappers around the edges. The cardboard wrapper has some tears and price sticker remnants.
