This piece is a hand-painted ceramic with bright detail, and the wind-up music box plays a sweet tune when activated. Likely produced in Japan in the 1970s80s and distributed by companies such as Enesco or Lefton, using Sankyo movements.
Music does play, but it plays really slow. I'm sure it needs adjusting.
Otherwise, in excellent condition with no cracks or chips.
